1. After submitting a request, you can expect a response within 1-3 working days.
2. A copy of the completed request form will be sent to the customer automatically (if a correct e-mail address has been entered).
3. If the price quotation presented by us suits you, it must be confirmed the booking fee invoice.
4. In certain cases, we may request up to 100% prepayment.
5. Prepaid amounts are not refundable if the customer cancels the service or refuses to pay the entire invoice.
6. We can refund the prepayment if the customer informs us of their wish to cancel at least two months in advance and the service provider agrees with that.
7. The booking fee is not refundable even with a two-month notice. The booking fee is a fee for our time spent and for the preparation of the price quotation, as well as a guarantee that the service will be available for the customer on the chosen date.
8. If the date of the event changes, we will help with rearrangements, and the customer will not have to pay the booking fee again.
9. We do not request a prepayment from state agencies – a letter of confirmation or guarantee is sufficient.
10. If up to two weeks are left until the event, and the customer cancels the order, 50% of the unpaid amount is due to be paid.
11. The additional service "Price quotation within 24 hours" shall be paid for even if the customer rejects the price quotation, or if the service provider is unable to provide the service on the given date. The additional fee is 20 euros + VAT.
Pricing
We are the cheapest portal for booking artists and services in EU. The booking fee for a simple request is up to 100 euros + VAT. For example, if you order a service that costs 3,000 euros, our booking fee is ~ 3%, and the final price of the service is almost completely formed by the service provider you want to order.
For private individuals, in the case of services the cost of which is up to 500 euros a booking fee through a simple request is up to 75 euros + VAT. We may assess party arrangements differently. If the customer makes a few different requests for the same date or if the customer wants to be offered certain solutions, it is a party arrangement. In such case we must do a lot of preliminary work, including communication with service providers, consultation of the customer, choosing a convenient invoice option, arranging service guarantees.
Depending on the date, the artist's service price can vary significantly. Although bands and service providers have a certain price range within which they provide the service, on certain dates the price can be even half as cheap or vice versa. Similarly, the price can be significantly impacted by smaller line-ups of bands, as well as duration and number of performances (sets).
Guarantee
We are a neutral party between the customer and the service provider, and we offer a service guarantee for every booking in order to make sure that the service purchased from us will not end up not provided or the customer will not be left without money and service. In situations beyond our control, we will actively help to find solutions. Our booking specialists provide support throughout the entire process and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. We offer the service guarantee for every service you order on our portal.
